There's much to learn about AppMetrica, but you don't need to know all of it to get started. Below is a three-step roadmap: an overview to get you on track, instructions on how to handle your tasks, and finally, our community links in case you need help.

Step 1. Complete our basic course

For a structured, step-by-step overview of our service, get started by taking the training course via the @AppMetrica_training_bot in Telegram. It covers all the key topics, including data collection, reports, tracking, monetization, and audience management.

There are two ways to take the course:

• From start to finish: takes 2–3 hours and give you a complete overview of the service.
• Selectively: open the course contents via the bot menu and view only the information you need right now.

The AppMetrica team develops the course and keeps all training materials up to date as the service evolves.

Step 2. Tackle your specific task

Once you have the big picture, it helps to focus on the specifics — like how other teams handle tasks similar to yours and how specific tools work. To explore these topics, see:

• Materials and case studies, our blog featuring articles, task breakdowns, and best practices from teams using AppMetrica.
• Recorded webinars with deep dives into individual tools, covering everything form initial setup to use cases:

Step 3. Ask others if you don't find an answer

• Community chat in Telegram: ask other AppMetrica users and the service team. This is the perfect place for questions like "How do I…?" and "Is it normal if…?".
• FAQ and troubleshooting: find solutions for common issues like when you don't receive new data, metrics don't match, or an event is missing from a report.
• Support: reach out if you have questions related to your account and data. Make sure to describe your problem in detail and attach a screenshot.

Get certified

Once you've mastered the service, you can validate your skills with an official AppMetrica certification. The certificate is particularly valuable if you work with client apps, are searching for a job, or want to showcase your qualifications to your team.
