Pricing plans in USD and AED

Organization owners are responsible for monitoring limits and activating pricing plans.

For each plan, the cost is given per organization. Plan limits apply to all organization apps.

The approximate plan cost is given per month. For more information, see Calculating the service cost.

Settlements with UAE residents are made in UAE dirhams (AED) and with non-residents in US dollars (USD).

Custom pricing plan

Custom events
  • USD 490 / AED 1790 per month: Up to 9,750,000 custom events per day.
  • USD 990 / AED 3590 per month: Up to 29,520,000 custom events per day.
  • USD 1490 / AED 5490 per month: Unlimited custom events per day.
In-app subscription status tracking
  • USD 100 / AED 375 per month: Track up to $25,000 in subscription revenue per month (excluding app store fees).
  • USD 200 / AED 750 per month: Track up to $50,000 in subscription revenue per month (excluding app store fees).
  • USD 400 / AED 1500 per month: Track up to $100,000 in subscription revenue per month (excluding app store fees).
  • USD 500 / AED 1875 per month: Unlimited tracking of subscription revenue.

If the limit is exceeded, the service cost will be 1% of the excess amount for that month.

Workspaces
  • USD 190 / AED 700 per month: 100 workspaces and 100 saved reports for each app in the organization.
Flag configuration
  • USD 90 / AED 330 per month: 500 flags, 5 conditions available for each.
  • USD 190 / AED 700 per month: 2000 flags, 20 conditions available for each.
A/B experiments
  • USD 190 / AED 700 per month: 10 simultaneous experiments, each with up to 20 flags.
  • USD 490 / AED 1790 per month: 100 simultaneous experiments, each with up to 50 flags.
Data Stream API
  • USD 1000 / AED 3670 per month: Up to 200,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 1160 / AED 4250 per month: Up to 400,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 1310 / AED 4820 per month: Up to 600,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 1470 / AED 5380 per month: Up to 800,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 1620 / AED 5940 per month: Up to 1,000,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 1990 / AED 7290 per month: Up to 1,500,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 2350 / AED 8600 per month: Up to 2,000,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 2690 / AED 9850 per month: Up to 2,500,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 3000 / AED 11,050 per month: Up to 3,000,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • USD 3330 / AED 12,200 per month: Up to 3,500,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.

  • USD 4180 / AED 15,350 per month: Up to 5,000,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.

If the monthly limit is exceeded, the service cost is USD 0.9/AED 3.3 for each full 1,000,000 events exported using the Data Stream API during that month.

Pro plan

The plan cost is USD 3000 / AED 10,990 per month.

Features:

  • Up to 200,000,000 events per month exported using the Data Stream API.
  • Extended support for the organization owner and administrators.
  • Subscription status tracking not limited by their total cost.
  • Option to enable the import of events that show the projected user churn rate and events that show the relative projected user LTV.

If the monthly limit is exceeded, the service cost is USD 0.9/AED 3.3 for each full 1,000,000 events exported using the Data Stream API during that month.

Integration with Apphud

Tracking subscriptions and purchases using Apphud is an additional option available for Custom and Pro plans, which can be purchased separately.

  • MTR less than 10,000 USD — the option is provided for free, without the possibility of overspending. If the MTR exceeds, new data will not be saved.
  • MTR more than 10,000 USD — 99 USD / 365 AED per month + 0.99% of the MTR excess amount.
  • MTR more than 100,000 USD — special conditions, please, contact us.

MTR — Monthly Tracked Revenue, the amount of revenue tracked by the RevenueCat platform over a single monthly period. It includes paid subscriptions, renewals, and one-time purchases.

Calculation example:

MTR is 11,000 USD. The cost of the option will be calculated as follows:

(11 000 USD - 10 000 USD) * 0.0099 + 99 USD = 108.9 USD

Calculating the service cost

Service costs are calculated on a daily basis:

Cost per day of providing services = Plan / Number of days in the current month

Services are considered provided if the plan is active as of 12:00 GMT+3 on the current day.

The cost of the services provided to you is calculated for a calendar month:

Calculation formula:

Cost of services per calendar month = Cost per day of services provided * Number of days with services provided

For example, suppose you activated the Pro plan at 14:00 GMT+3 on June 15. In that case, as of 11:59 GMT+3 on July 1, your cost of services for June would be:

Actual = (USD 3000 / 30) * 15 = USD 1500.
