# 崩溃

Android 上的崩溃和错误信息可以以混淆形式发送，iOS 上则以未符号化形式发送。 从这些日志中提取数据进行分析比较困难。 要分析日志，需要上传映射文件、SO 文件或 dSYM 文件到 AppMetrica。
在这个部分，您可以手动上传文件：要这样做：

1. 选择平台：iOS 或 Android。
2. 点击 **选择文件** 并上传文件。

处理后，上传文件的信息会出现在 **上传的文件** 下。

如果应用程序发生崩溃，但没有上传映射文件、SO 文件或 dSYM 文件，“**缺失文件**”部分将显示构建版本、应用版本以及此类崩溃的数量。
