# GDPR 合规

《一般数据保护条例》（GDPR）规范了对欧洲经济区公民个人信息的收集和处理。 其旨在提升数据隐私保护，并要求在互联网上收集、存储和处理信息的所有步骤中保持透明。 法律自2018年5月25日起生效。

为了符合GDPR要求，AppMetrica中实现了以下内容：

**应用用户的隐私**

:   所有由 AppMetrica 处理的数据均为非个性化数据。 AppMetrica 报告只显示技术数据。 它们不能用于识别用户。

**数据处理透明度**

:   数据的收集、存储和处理流程详细描述在[数据处理协议](https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_agreement/)中。

**在获得用户同意前禁用数据收集的功能**
:   为了在用户同意前阻止数据收集，AppMetrica SDK 允许您在客户端禁用发送统计数据（[Android](https://appmetrica.yandex.com/docs/zh/sdk/android/analytics/android-operations.md) | [iOS](https://appmetrica.yandex.com/docs/zh/sdk/ios/analytics/ios-operations.md)）。

## 如何遵守GDPR {#to-do}

要让您的应用符合 GDPR 要求：

1. 确保您的应用《隐私政策》明确说明您正在使用 AppMetrica。
1. 仔细阅读并接受[数据处理协议](https://yandex.ru/legal/metrica_agreement/)。 它描述了收集、存储和处理数据的流程。
