# 遵守《儿童在线隐私保护法》（COPPA）

AppMetrica 允许其用户遵守 COPPA：

- Yandex 代表用户收集并保管用户应用程序访客的个人信息。
- Yandex 采取合理措施，确保使用 AppMetrica 处理的个人信息的保密性、安全性和完整性。
- AppMetrica 用户可以监控 Yandex 是否在使用 AppMetrica 处理的个人信息时尊重其机密性和安全性。
- 使用AppMetrica的用户应遵守CCPA下的义务，并确保他们对AppMetrica的使用符合CCPA。
- 如果Yandex确认用户的应用程序是面向儿童的，或者收集了未满13岁儿童的个人信息，Yandex有权终止提供服务，并迅速删除所有相关信息。
